I started out living in a van, moving through landscapes that mirrored the chaos and beauty inside me. There were nights that felt endless—dark nights of the soul where I questioned everything, felt everything, and sometimes didn’t know if I could keep going. But those nights taught me more than any book or teacher ever could.

I learned to sit with discomfort, to listen to my body, to notice the subtle signals of tension and release. I learned nervous system regulation through direct experience—through breathing, grounding, feeling, and moving—rather than theory. I discovered that the body remembers, that healing is a practice, and that even in the darkest moments, there’s a way to come back to yourself stronger, clearer, and more alive.

This journey—the van, the solitude, the fear, the surrender, and the embodied practice—shaped everything I do. It’s why I create tools, offer guidance, and hold space for other artists, healers, and wanderers. I know what it’s like to face the shadow and come out the other side, and I want to help others do the same.
