The Rising Artist
A 30-Day Initiation Into Your Most Authentic Creative Dreams
A spiral inspired by the seasons.
Created for anyone who feels called to build something that actually means something; a body of work, a business, a life, a relationship, a version of yourself you haven't met yet... this 30-day journey follows the rhythm the natural world already knows:
Winter → Spring → Summer → Fall
Rest → Emergence → Full Aliveness → Release
This is for you if...
-
You're building a business, a creative practice, a family, or a life — and you want it to feel like yours
-
You have more ideas than you know what to do with, and no clear sense of where to start
-
You start things with fire... and lose the thread before you finish
-
You don't lack passion — you lack a sustainable rhythm
-
Choosing one direction feels like betraying everything else you are
-
You notice the same cycles repeating and wonder when they'll finally shift
-
You're a multi-hyphenate: too many skills, too many callings, too many versions of yourself to fit one box
-
You crave both freedom and structure — and feel like you're somehow bad at both
-
You keep your real dreams quiet, even from people close to you
-
You're afraid to admit how much you're actually capable of
-
Something inside you wants to be made — you just can't name it yet
-
You want a container that sustains you instead of draining you
-
Commitment feels heavy even when you care deeply
-
You want to stop abandoning yourself halfway through
You don't have to call yourself an artist to belong here.
what to expect
This is a 30-day shadow work and somatic journal built around the four seasons. You'll move through Winter → Spring → Summer → Fall — going inward, planting seeds, rising into full expression, and harvesting what actually grew.
Each day offers:
-
A nature-rooted Transmission
-
An Earth Lens to ground you
-
A Sky Lens to expand you
-
A Somatic Practice to bring it into your body (let it land)
Each day also includes an original coloring book illustration made from photography collected over five years of living on the road, traversing landscapes, and learning to create from the rhythms of the natural world.

Why This Works
Most creative blocks aren't about discipline. They're about disconnection from your body, your instincts, your own natural rhythm. When you stop fighting your cycles and start moving with them, something shifts.
-
Your ideas start organizing themselves.
-
You learn when to rest instead of quitting.
-
You stop disappearing from your own work. You don't emerge as a brand. You show up as yourself.
And all of this allows you to emerge as someone in an honest relationship with whatever they're building.
Find Your Entry Point
Every season has its own kind of beginning.
The Journal → Plant the seed. A private, guided journey into what you're ready to make.
The Community → Find your people. Connection, shared process, and a place to let your work be witnessed.
The Container → Go all the way in. Live calls, prerecorded content, and full support to build something real.

the journal:
148 pages of private, guided work through all four seasons. Each day opens with an original coloring page and a nature-rooted Transmission, moves through an Earth Lens and Sky Lens for writing, and closes with a Somatic Seal. A full somatic toolkit lives in the back for whenever you need it. Self-paced. Yours to return to. No timeline but your own.
The Community
The bridge between private work and real connection. Join on its own or alongside the journal — either way, you get a space to share your process, stay rooted in the seasonal rhythm, and be witnessed by others doing the same work. No pressure. No performance. Just people who get it.
The container
A monthly cohort experience built around the journal. Each day expands into a prerecorded guide, a meditation, a playlist, a somatic video, a writing sample, and more — everything you need to bring the work off the page and into your actual life. The community is included.
New cohorts open monthly. Spots are limited.
What Happens When You Say Yes
Most of us don't give up on something because we stopped caring. We let go because we had nothing to hold onto. The Rising Artist gives you a container that keeps your place — so when life interrupts (and it will), you're not starting over. You're returning.
That means no more:
-
Starting over every few months
-
Abandoning projects halfway through
-
Confusing burnout with lack of talent
The cycle is always turning. This is your invitation to turn with it.
